Capital Equality is proud to host another Postcards & Pints event on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at 6:30pm at The Bark, located at 507 All Saints Street in downtown Tallahassee. This month’s discussion will focus on the dangerous process of conversion therapy and will explore what can be done to prevent it in Tallahassee. Kathryn Lane, a Tallahassee attorney practicing criminal appeals, will share her insights.
Kathryn is a member of the Tallahassee Community Action Committee, the secretary for the Tallahassee chapter of the National Organization for Women, and is a member of Equality Florida’s TransAction Advisory Council.
We’ll be writing postcards to local elected officials to encourage their support of a local ban on conversion therapy, while enjoying delicious food, drinks, and the company of fellow Democrats! This meeting is open to all Democrats.
